Wildheart Evolution (WHE) is a nonprofit venture committed to hosting a convergence of heart and mind that’s grounded in expansive spirituality and leading-edge research.
In all things, WHE emphasizes expansive spirituality as a vital resource for navigating an uncertain future. Expansive spirituality is a way of life for a rapidly growing population of both religious and nonreligious people, and a critical power source for generating the personal virtues, shared wisdom, and common purpose needed for adaptive change.
What does WHE do?
- Advances knowledge. WHE partners with multidisciplinary researchers to understand the rapidly changing cultural, ecological, and technological context for human life, including artificial intelligence, ecological instability, and the decline of traditional religion in much of the world.
- Fuses knowledge with wisdom. WHE focuses on generating crucial strategic thinking about the future by convening conversations among deep minds and great souls determined to respond creatively and constructively to the challenges we are facing.
- Builds leadership communities. WHE hosts conversations and builds networks among innovative thought leaders and practitioner experts who recognize the emerging evolutionary niche for human life and seek to forge an adaptive response.
- Publishes books. WHE partners with Wildhouse Publishing to publish books about adventurous spirituality for unconventional people.
- Nurtures writers. Through Wildheart Incubator, WHE encourages emerging voices that might otherwise go unheard in the heavily gated publishing industry.
Wildheart Evolution is an initiative of Just Horizons Alliance (JHA), a nonprofit venture addressing an increasingly complex, high-tech, socially fragmented, and ecologically fragile world through scientific inquiry, global ethics, expansive spirituality, and innovative collaboration. spirituality matters
Spirituality is more than a social hobby or a personal belief system. It’s a core element of human culture and personal life. Wildheart Evolution’s scientific research agenda generates roadmaps for pro-social change, but it is human spirituality that catalyzes that change. Fully activating human potential requires engagement of both intellectual and intuitive resources — the power of the mind and the motivation of the heart.
Expansive non-sectarian spirituality recognizes diverse spiritual outlooks and their common ground as key to human evolution. It allows people with varied belief systems to collaborate not by erasing differences, but by embracing them.
Spirituality is undergoing an historic transformation. While the walls around the world’s organized religions are noisily crashing down, a quiet but pervasive trend toward inclusion and acceptance is also underway. Many people are gravitating toward a more open, spacious environment where spiritual, religious, and non-religious people intermingle freely. Wildheart Evolution meets them there.
